Deliveries
On receipt of an order and after credit card authorisation, your details will be processed and your purchase acknowledged by email. Your package will be despatched ASAP and sent by next day delivery.
We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. For all orders placed before 2.30pm, we aim to deliver by 3pm the following day. All time scales exclude weekends and UK bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the next working day.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your order the driver will leave a yellow card to let you know delivery was attempted. You may take the yellow card to your nearest depot and collect the package, or call the number on the card to make arrangements to have the package left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. Alternatively you can wait for the courier to return and deliver the following day. If there is no one available to receive your package when the second delivery is attempted it will be returned to the depot and you will be contacted by our customer services team to make further arrangements.

If you are not satisfied with you purchase for any reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 28 days from the day our carrier delivers.
We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition unless an item is returned because it is faulty.
When returning goods please complete the Returns Form which will arrive with your order and send to the address below along with the items you would like to return.
As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, it is advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We cannot arrange collections. If you have any questions regarding your return please email us on customer.service@interestingbuys.com.
