How do I buy?
Click on “Buy Now” and the displayed item will be added to your virtual shopping trolley. When you are ready to pay, confirm your order by clicking on the “checkout” button which will guide you through a simple process to provide us with delivery information including details such as your name, delivery address and method of payment. Once your order is completed online, information you provided will be processed and we will send you a confirmation e-mail thanking you for your purchase.
What happens if an item I want to order is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. As soon as an item goes out of stock, the Add to Cart button is removed so you will not be able to place an order, you can however add the item to your wishlist.
Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed an order?
Once your order is completed online, information you provided will be processed and we will send you a confirmation e-mail thanking you for your purchase.
Why was my card declined?
Credit cards will be declined if there is any typing error. Double check the credit card number and the security code number of your card. Another common reason for the card to be declined is an error in the billing address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to place. If you continue to have problems, please re-submit your order using a different card and contact your card issuer to ascertain why your card was refused.
Can I send a purchase directly to a friend as a gift?
During the Checkout process you may enter a different Shipping Address in addition to your own (credit card billing) address. Just enter the name and address of your friends and the item will be shipped directly to them.
How long will I wait for delivery?We shall be processing your orders for Standard Delievery by Royal Mail which takes about 2-3 days to reach the destination with UK, unless you opt for the other option which is despatched by Courier and should reach the destination address on the next working day. However, we would like to state here that overseas shipments do experience delays and this is primarily due to extra security measures adopted across the borders and the import procedures that the country of destination might follow. We have no control whatsoever on this and we would like to apologies to our overseas buyers for this.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
The delivery service will leave a card to let you know that the delivery was attempted. You may take the card to your nearest depot and collect the package, or call the number on the card to make arrangements to have the package left in a safe place, or with a neighbour, alternatively you can wait for the service to return and deliver the following day. If there is no one available to receive your package when the second delivery is attempted it will be returned to the depot, please follow the instructions on the card left by the service to make further arrangements.
What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged, in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll refund the money charged to you for that item. We would like to mention here that we shall not be able to refund the Shipping and Handling charges that were charged for the order. Please read our return policy
Do you have a catalogue?
Currently we do not have a printed catalogue, all our products are listed online, although there is sometimes a little variation between what you see on the website and what is available in our warehouse. It’s also more environmentally friendly for us to offer products to view online rather than printing new catalogues each month.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we welcome orders from overseas and are open to making shipment to wherever we can manage to reach. However, we would like to add here that delays in delivery should be expected for overseas shipment because of extra security measures taken across the borders. All the Import and Customs Duties charged by the country of destination shall be the responsibility of the buyer and we are not responsible for it in any way.
I have forgotten my password to log in to my account, how do I request a new password?
To request a new password, click ‘My Account’ button on the top most panel of the web page then click the link ‘forgotten your password’ and enter your email in the box provided. A new password will be sent to you by email. Once you have logged on with your new password you can change it to something more memorable. We would always advice you to keep your password with you and not to share it with others or leave it in open. You should always change your password to something which you can remember and is in bothe numbers and alphabets (alphanumeric).
How do I change password to access My Details?
To change your password, click ‘My Accountr’ then enter the email address you registered with, enter the password which is wither provided to by by our automatically generated email or the one which you used in your last successful login. After you have successfully logged in, click 'Change Password'. Input the requested information and click update.
I have changed my email address, how can I update my account details to include my new email?
Please create create a new account using your new email address as this will be the simplest way to change your email address (recommended method). Our wbsite administrators can also update your records f you contact us directly using Contact Us link
