This means that if Goods are shown on the site, but are not available or are incorrectly priced, or otherwise incorrectly described, InterestingBuys.com shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.
Delivery
Your order will be processed within one working day of receipt and fully cleared payment. Products in stock can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to UK mainland (overseas, highlands & islands may take longer). You will be advised by e-mail, or telephone, if items are out of stock and asked to confirm that the expected date is acceptable.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. Severance

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Delivery
Your order will be processed within one working day of receipt. Products in stock can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to UK mainland (overseas, highlands & islands may take longer), HOWEVER 97% of these arrive the next working day. You will be advised by e-mail, or telephone, if items are out of stock and asked to confirm that the expected date is acceptable.
Overseas Delivery
We welcome orders from overseas and would like to state here that we do not have control on the number of days that it might take to deliver the goods as there may be procedural delays at the respective destination countries. We would also like to add here that we are not responsible for any import, customs and any other duty that needs to be paid at the destination country.

The 28 days starts from the day our carrier delivers. Goods arriving back after 28 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods value. There are certain products where the 28 day trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.
To return goods, please contact us on customer.service@interestingbuys.com. It's advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office.
